“Lindsay and I both grew up around skateboarding and met in a skate shop as teenagers,” said Matt Abergel. “When opening the restaurant, it was our goal to create a space with the same sense of community, creativity and design that skate culture is known for. For this reason, Vans and Yardbird have had a natural partnership since Day 1 and 4 years later, our dream of a Vans x Yardbird shoe has become a reality.”

The Vans x Yardbird collaboration launches with a Sk8-Hi Notchback Pro and an Authentic Pro that are inspired by Yardbird’s favorite Japanese traditional “Tenugui” pattern. The uppers are presented in all black together with the transparent siped outsole and of a perfect combination for both daily wear in the restaurant but also looking fresh outside of the kitchen. This exclusive friends and family pack comes with a limited polka dot dust bag.
