The Fritzi is a uniquely aromatic and perfectly balanced cocktail, ideal for the winter season. The base of Fernet Hunter, a fresh take on a classic Italian bitter, is accentuated by grapefruit juice and black pepper.

60 ml Fernet Hunter
Cracked black pepper
190 ml bottle Wilkinson Tonic Water (only use half a bottle)
10 ml grapefruit juice

1 grapefruit peel

1. Pour 60 ml Fernet Hunter into a collins or highball glass
2. Add a dash of cracked black pepper
3. Fill glass with ice
4. Top up with tonic water
5. Add a splash of grapefruit juice and one grapefruit peel
6. Lift ice with bar spoon
7. Garnish with cracked black pepper
