White Russian – a cocktail made with coffee liqueur, vodka, and cream

The Yardbird White Russian uses Sunday’s Coffee Shochu, which is velvety and rich with flavors of chocolate from the Beyond Coffee Roasters’ special blend of beans. Milk from Hokkaido is substituted for cream.

INGREDIENTS:

50 ml Coffee Shochu

30 ml Hokkaido Milk

Ice Cubes

METHOD:

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice

2. Shake for 30 seconds

3. Fine strain into a tumbler over ice
