Made with Elephant Gin, Kimino Sparkling Yuzu, and shiso, the Yu-Gin is light, well-balanced, and very easy drinking!

50 ml Elephant Gin
70 ml Kimino Yuzu
2 Shiso Leaves
Ice

METHOD:

1. Fill glass with ice

2. Add Elephant Gin

3. Top up with Kimino Sparkling Yuzu

4. Add two pressed shiso leaves

5. Lift with bar spoon
