Summer is coming to an end, but the nights are still long and warm. Cool off with this floral Fernet Hunter cocktail – perfect for Friday night celebrations or simply to treat yourself after a day of work. With elderflower syrup and Champagne, this is drink is anything but ordinary.

INGREDIENTS

30 ml Fernet Hunter

20 ml Prucia Plum Liqueur

Your Favorite Champagne

5 ml Elderflower Syrup

5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

4 Mint Leaves

 

METHOD

  1. Combine Fernet Hunter, Prucia, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, and mint leaves into a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled
  3. Strain into a Champagne glass
  4. Top up with Champagne
  5. Garnish with rose petals
