INGREDIENTS

60 ml Danryu Awamori

190 ml Wilkinson Soda Water

Half of a Lime

1 Lime peel

METHOD

  1. Pour 60 ml Danryu awamori into a Tom Collins glass
  2. Juice half of a lime into the glass
  3. Add an ice rock and top up with soda water
  4. Squeeze lime peel to release essential oils and drop into the glass
