After pouring his blood, sweat, and tears into his first book with Phaidon, Chef Matt Abergel finally launched Chicken and Charcoal in Hong Kong last week! In honor of the launch, we threw a party with our Vans family and celebrated the evening in true Yardbird fashion – with food, drinks, and special signed copies of the book.
