As part of Resy and Happy Cooking Hospitality’s new dining series – The Neighborhood – Chef Matt Abergel popped-up at Simon & The Whale in New York for a very special dinner on Thursday, April 25th! The Neighborhood is a monthly dining series comprised of exclusive, one-night-only experiences at the Freehand Hotel and runs from March through December. For this event, Chef Matt worked with the Simon & The Whale team to create a collaborative, multi-course menu featuring Chicken and Charcoal’s best-known dishes and drinks. Meatballs, Liver Mousse, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Katsu Sandos, and more! Not to mention Whisky Lemonades and Shinos. This series is all about tasting the world’s best neighborhood restaurants in New York City and we are so honored to be included.
