  • Korean rice cakes
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Mirin
  • Furikake seasoning



  1. Sauté cold rice cakes in a saucepan with olive oil until they start to turn light brown
  2. Add butter and mirin and continue sautéing until the mirin begins to caramelize
  3. Toss the hot rice cakes with furikake seasoning
