On Monday, December 12th and Tuesday, December 13th, Yardbird will be hosting a two-night event to celebrate Okinawan food, drink, and culture.
Inspired by the team’s trip to Okinawa, Chef Matt Abergel has created a special tasting menu featuring signature Okinawan ingredients. Think Taco Rice Lettuce Wraps, Sweet and Sour Agu Pork, Rafute (Okinawan-style stewed pork belly), and more.
For the perfect beverage pairings, awamori highballs + cocktails and Okinawa’s very own Orion Beer will also be served.
This is an open event – no tickets or RSVP’s required – and starts at 6PM each night.
