A few weeks ago, the Yardbird team traveled to Singapore for 2 special pop-up events at Meatsmith and Burnt Ends. We brought the tastes and spirit of Yardbird to our friends in Singapore, with tasty food, flowing drinks, and good music. In addition to cooking up classic menu items at Meatsmith, Chef Matt Abergel collaborated on a tasting menu with Chef Dave Pynt at Burnt Ends. To pair with the party, we also brought along Sunday’s Spirits, including sake, whisky, and coffee shochu.
