The Hunter Hi is a highball made with Fernet Hunter, a bitter produced in Austria with herbal characters from arnica, orris root, and lavender.


60 ml Fernet Hunter

60 ml Tansan Soda Water

Ice Rock

2 Sprigs of Mint


  1. Pour Fernet Hunter into a highball glass over an ice rock
  2. Top up with Tansan soda water
  3. Lift with a bar spoon
  4. Garnish with mint
