Take the Edge Off with a Highline

The Highline is a special cocktail that utilizes Fernet Hunter and Don Fulano tequila, created by bartender Sunny Xiao at the Highline Shanghai.

INGREDIENTS

40 ml Don Fulano Añejo

30 ml Fernet Hunter

15 ml Lejay Crème de Cassis

30 ml Lime Juice

10 ml Cinnamon Syrup

Ginger Beer

METHOD

1. Combine Don Fulano tequila, Fernet Hunter, Lejay Crème de Cassis,  lime juice, and cinnamon syrup in a shaker filled with ice
2. Shake until chilled
3. Strain into a Tom Collins glass filled with fresh ice
4. Top up with ginger beer
